At BilliardCuesOnline, we want you to be fully satisfied with your equipment; if your new cue doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unchalked condition. Please note that customized cues or those showing signs of play are subject to specific restocking conditions to ensure the quality of our inventory.

Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the cue in its original protective sleeve and hard-shell shipping tube to prevent warping or finish damage during transit, ensuring all accessories and documentation are included.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package to our quality control facility for inspection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians confirm the cue is in unchalked, mint condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method.
